Hi Frigid Fox Fanatics!
It’s hard to believe it’s nearly Thanksgiving: with the mild days we’ve had recently it is easy to forget that we are only a few months from event day, and we wanted to send out an update.
Training Day
There will be a supported training run on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023 at 9am. We’ll be meeting at the Mauthe Lake Start, with plans to run the south out and back. Water will be provided at the start area and the Highway H turnaround. This will be a good opportunity to get out on the trail in early December for a day of fun and to meet a few fellow runners. We will support the training day until 2pm, which should allow most people to run the south out and back.
We also encourage you to bring running buddies, even if they are not signed up for the race. Aid is open to all who show up.
Volunteers Needed
